Teeth whitening involves bleaching your teeth to make them lighter and remove stains or discoloration. You might consider teeth whitening for different reasons. Your teeth can lose their whiteness with age but can also become stained by smoking or drinking lots of tea, coffee or red wine.

The teeth whitening process is simple and patients normally only require 2-3 appointments:

• Consultation or Check-up: Your dentist will examine your teeth and gums to make sure your teeth are dentally fit for whitening treatment* and take moulds for your bespoke whitening trays.

• Trays: Your unique mould is sent to the Boutique laboratory where their technicians will precision manufacture whitening trays to fit your mouth very precisely.

• Treatment: In your final appointment you will receive your trays and start using them at home with our whitening gels. These are normally worn for 2-3 hours a day in the evening until the desired colour is achieved. In two to three weeks, you can unveil your beautiful new smile.

*Tooth Whitening isn’t suitable for everyone and if you are not dentally fit, any outstanding treatment such as fillings or hygiene will need to be completed before the whitening process can begin.
